WSP is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our Rail Civil Engineering team in the UK. You will help deliver design outputs for stations, depots and lineside civils, while mentoring and guiding junior team members in a collaborative, safety‑driven environment.

As part of a growing team, you will contribute to bids, support project delivery, and advance toward CRE status with tailored mentoring and development opportunities within WSP.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering accredited by the Engineering Council.
• Chartered or Incorporated Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers or nearing Chartered or Incorporated status.
• Experience delivering and managing all stages of multi-disciplinary engineering projects from initial studies through to detailed design.
• Working knowledge of the Design Manual for Roads and Bridges, British and European Standards, Eurocodes and Codes of Practice.

Aufgaben

• Deliver the Civil Engineering design for Stations & Platforms (new & existing), Depots, level crossings, canopy refurbishments, lineside railway civils infrastructure, ancillary / minor civils structures.
• Grow the team and contribute to strategic bidding, effective line management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare drawings, reports, and specifications with Engineers and Technicians to meet programme milestones.
• Champion WSP’s Safety, Health, Environment and Wellbeing (SHEW) standards and compliance.
