Qualifications

• 10+ years of industrial experience in customised radar systems development.
• Experience with Pulse and FMCW radar systems.
• Familiarity with SAR and radar imaging systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of advanced radar and RF systems.
• Define and assess RF architectures against evolving customer requirements.
• Make system-level trade-offs across performance, cost, risk and complexity.
• Provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Develop radar system requirements, architectures and performance models.
• Conduct system-level analysis and evaluate radar performance (detection, resolution, sensitivity, clutter).
• Act as a technical authority in customer engagements and with stakeholders.
• Support technical scoping, proposals, project planning and programme development.
• Identify opportunities from customer challenges and emerging technologies.
• Mentor engineers across radar, RF and systems disciplines.
• Contribute to technology roadmaps and capability development.
