Qualifications

• Experience leading radar and RF programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of advanced radar and RF systems.
• Define RF architectures against customer requirements.
• Make trade-offs across performance, cost, risk and complexity.
• Provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop radar system requirements and performance models.
• Analyze radar performance, including range, resolution and clutter.
• Act as technical authority in customer engagements.
• Support scoping, proposals and programme development.
• Identify opportunities from customer challenges and new technologies.
• Mentor engineers in radar, RF and systems disciplines.
• Contribute to technology roadmaps and capability development.
