Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years of experience in development of customised radar systems across multiple domains.
• Ability to demonstrate expertise across radar, RF, systems and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of advanced radar and RF systems from concept to deployment.
• Define and assess RF architectures against customer requirements.
• Make system‑level trade‑offs across performance, cost, risk and implementation complexity.
• Provide technical direction to multidisciplinary project teams.
• Support the development and growth of radar and RF capabilities and mentoring activities.
• Present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
