Job summary

Qualifications
- 10+ years industrial experience in customized radar systems development.
- Experience across radar systems: Pulse, FMCW, SAR, radar imaging and performance modelling.
- Knowledge of RF system design: propagation, RF link, level planning, transceiver architectures.
- Knowledge of RF hardware: RF/microwave circuit design, millimetre-wave systems, distributed microwave techniques.
- Strong academic background.
- Commercial awareness with ability to engage customers.
- Team leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical definition of advanced radar systems and RF architectures from concept through deployment.
- Define and assess RF architectures against customer requirements and make critical system-level decisions.
