• Expert in Systems Engineering across the lifecycle.
• Experience with ISO 15288 and related standards.
• Experience with requirements management and configuration management.
• Large scale complex system design experience.
• Lifecycle models (Waterfall, Agile) and tools like JIRA.
• Able to present technical info to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop novel solutions for complex radar systems.
• Conduct system design analysis and trade-offs.
• Demonstrate thorough understanding of Systems Engineering principles.
• Apply ISO 15288 to design, build, and support radar systems.
• Lead a Product System Design Authority in development and customer engagement.
• Decompose requirements to system/sub-system levels and manage with DOORS Next.
• Model architecture with CATIA/Cameo or Enterprise Architect; manage interfaces.
• Oversee system integration, test planning, and execution.
• Define verification/validation strategies for modelled solutions.
• Lead technical reviews and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Prepare estimates for engineering development.
• Act as technical focal point for team and stakeholders.
• Maintain knowledge of MBSE, digital threads, cyber security, safety.
