Job summary

Qualifications

• Expert in Systems Engineering with holistic problem-solving.
• Familiar with standards such as ISO 15288 and ISO 24641.
• Experience with requirements management (IBM DOORS Next) and configuration management.
• Experience leading large-scale complex system designs.
• Knowledge of engineering lifecycle models (Waterfall, Agile) and tools (JIRA).
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Chartered Engineer status or equivalent, working towards INCOSE CSEP certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop novel solutions to evolving technical challenges for complex radar systems.
• Perform system design analysis to characterise and specify robust product designs.
• Lead technical governance and contribute to product evolution and new radar products.
