Job summary

Syneos Health in London seeks an experienced people manager and workstream lead to oversee end-to-end implementation projects within the R&D Advisory Group. You will coach consulting staff, ensure superior client experience, and drive deliverables from start to finish.

You will lead, price, and pitch proposals, monitor project status, and manage utilization while leveraging GxP validation know-how to support clients in life sciences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading consulting teams in life sciences or pharma/biotech.
• Delivery of end-to-end system implementation projects.
• Ability to coach and supervise consulting staff while ensuring client success.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation of project deliverables, quality check work, and drive completion.
• Set expectations with project team and provide feedback to members.
• Design alternatives and contingency plans to meet customer needs.
• Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
• Provide career guidance and conduct performance reviews for staff.
• Participate in business development by writing and pricing proposals.
• Achieve billable utilization targets and manage book of business.
• Demonstrate expertise in GxP system implementation and validation.
