Job summary

Syneos Health in London seeks an Associate Program Manager to act as a senior individual contributor within the Scientific and Medical Affairs Advisory Group, creating high-quality program materials and client deliverables.

You will build strong relationships, partner with customers to define program vision, and apply solid project management to meet objectives, milestones, and timelines. A graduate degree and pharma/biotech experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ professional experience in life sciences or pharma.
• Experience with medical affairs, medical and integrated evidence plans.
• Strong business acumen and presentation/meeting facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers, consulting staff, managers, leadership, and internal support teams.
• Partner with the customer to establish a vision for the program/portfolio initiative as well as the supporting the team and their potential.
• Demonstrate strong project management skills through proactive management of individual project responsibilities and workload to ensure objectives, milestones, and timelines are met efficiently and effectively. Must be able to quickly adapt to changing priorities to achieve goals and targets.
• Provide guidance and oversight to project managers on overall delivery approach.
