Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a strategic leader to drive project management, team leadership, and business development across life sciences R&D advisory services. You will build and manage a large customer book, forecast and price projects, and ensure profitable outcomes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires MBA or life sciences graduate degree, demonstrated new business experience, and experience in promotional and non-promotional commercialisation,

Qualifications

• MBA or a graduate degree in a life sciences field
• Demonstrated new business experience, from organic growth to RFI/RFP planning, development, and execution
• Experience across both promotional and non-promotional commercialisation activities
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to travel

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers, consulting staff, managers, leadership, and internal support teams
• Develop and lead a large customer book of business
• Oversee project budgets accordingly
• Be responsible for the design, efficiency, and outcomes related to customer projects
• Facilitate project team discussions to pressure test customer recommendations, underlying assumptions, and final deliverable quality
