Job summary

Syneos Health in London is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to join the R&D Advisory Group. You will work with senior client stakeholders to understand goals, develop engagements and present findings and recommendations to teams.

The role focuses on improving life sciences R&D operations across research, clinical, regulatory and quality functions, guiding change initiatives in operating models, processes or technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or business.
• Experience in consulting management in the life sciences/pharma/biotech sector.
• Experience with one or more R&D operational roles in industry or consulting.
• Strong presentation and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior customer stakeholders to understand goals, processes, operations and expectations.
• Develop customer proposals outlining needs, approach, solution and commercial delivery.
• Develop engagement strategies/plans and present findings to team members.
• Quality management oversight of deliverables to align with business objectives.
• Create content to support business development opportunities with prospective customers.
• Build networks of customers via social media, seminars and referrals.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or business

Strong presentation and business development skills

Experience in consulting management in life sciences/pharma/biotech

Experience with R&D operational roles in industry or consulting
