Job summary

Syneos Health in London is seeking an R&D Analyst to conduct secondary research and create high-quality project materials within the R&D Advisory Group of Syneos Health Consulting. You will help make life science R&D organizations more efficient across research, clinical, regulatory, quality and pharmacovigilance.

The role involves building relationships with customers and internal teams, supporting leadership with deliverables, identifying challenges, and contributing to proposals.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in business or life sciences
• Work experience in the consulting, pharmaceutical or biotech industries
• Life sciences R&D operational experience
• Understanding of the end-to-end pharmaceutical/biotech value chain

Responsibilities

• Help organisations in times of change, whether that is driven by a change in operating model, strategy, processes, technology, or a combination of these
• Build positive working relationships with customers, consulting staff, managers, leadership, and internal support teams
• Support leadership by creating project deliverables and managing customer relationships on a daily basis
• Identify customer challenges and opportunities
• Participate in the development of content for customer proposals
• Attend and participate in company-sponsored events, training and professional development opportunities, meetings, and other practice initiatives
• Actively take part in continuous improvement of the R&D Advisory operating process, and intellectual capital and service line capabilities and offerings
• Experience in life sciences R&D processes
• Willing to travel 15-25% of the duration of an engagement
