Qualifications

• Experience with subcontract inquiries and tender reviews.
• Experience managing valuations, cashflows, and cost reports.
• Providing legal and contractual advice on orders and changes, and subcontractor administration.
• Driving commercial initiatives and margin improvement plans.
• Leading and mentoring junior staff to meet workload targets and deadlines.
• Holds a construction-related degree and a full driving licence.
• Demonstrated commercial role experience for a contractor, ideally Civils exposure.
• Experience with a variety of contract forms.
• Enjoys collaborative team work.
