Job summary

Kier Group in Wisley, Surrey is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial activities on a Water Treatment Works Upgrade project. You’ll work within a supportive commercial team to deliver the construction phase and develop your skills through innovative solutions.

You will manage procurement, valuations, cashflow forecasting, and contract administration while mentoring junior staff and driving margin improvement. A full driving licence and civils contracting experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic qualification in a construction-related degree.
• Experience managing commercial aspects for a contractor, preferably Civils exposure.
• Experience with a variety of contract forms and working in a collaborative team.
