Job summary

Egis is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support project managers and clients from concept through delivery to financial close. You will handle commercial contracts, procurement, and cost control across a portfolio of projects, ensuring compliance with NEC3/NEC4 and, when needed, FIDIC-based arrangements.

You will work on-site with a multi-disciplinary team, at times visiting sites to monitor progress and ensure accurate payment applications and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Experience with NEC3/NEC4 contracts and FIDIC is essential.
• Strong Excel and Outlook skills are required for reporting and communication.
• Ability to manage procurement activities and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external parties.
• Support project managers with commercial contracts and risk guidance.
• Undertake procurement activities including tendering and evaluation.
