Qualifications

• Professional qualifications and/or membership of the RICS, CIOB, CICES, or CIPS are desirable.
• Relevant experience in the UK infrastructure sector is required.
• Understanding of NEC3/4 contracts is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgets and track costs to ensure financial accuracy.
• Manage NEC & JCT contracts, handling valuations and payments.
• Support tendering processes to ensure value for money.
