Job summary

VolkerFitzpatrick is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support commercial delivery across a varied programme of station and infrastructure projects. Based from Blackfriars, Gravesend or Basingstoke, you will travel as required across the Southern Route project portfolio.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in construction/infrastructure/rail and strong NEC contract knowledge, with excellent stakeholder management, analytical and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within construction, infrastructure or rail.
• Strong knowledge of NEC forms of contract.
• Experience managing subcontract procurement and commercial administration.
• Strong financial, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.

• Support commercial delivery of a varied programme of station and infrastructure projects.
• Assist in procurement and commercial administration tasks.
• Engage with stakeholders and provide clear commercial reporting.
