Job summary

EKFB is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the Greatworth to Southam Area of works. The role requires independent delivery and occasional leadership of a small commercial team, focusing on variation accounts, cost monitoring and programme alignment.

You will provide input on change control for EOTs, delays and performance adjustments, and prepare interim/final valuations, final accounts and subcontract accounts.

Qualifications

• Qualified with a Quantity Surveying degree or similar.
• Enrolled in, or seeking membership of, a professional institution (CICES, RICS or similar).
• Experience delivering positive commercial outcomes on projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and agree variation accounts for main contracts and sub-contracts.
• Monitor cost against targets and programme progress with other teams.
• Contribute to change control procedures for EOTs, delays and performance adjustments.
• Prepare interim valuations, final valuations, final accounts and subcontract final accounts.
• Issue certification and payment of subcontractors; provide contractual advice.
• Identify potential commercial risks and evaluate options for control.
