Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in the West Midlands is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to deliver excellence across education, commercial, industrial, retail and aviation projects. You will collaborate with client teams, drive cost management, and provide regular financial reporting while supporting procurement and contract administration.

The role requires pre and post contract expertise, JCT/NEC experience, and a Chartered RICS member where possible, with a focus on value management and risk mitigation

Qualifications

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar is required.
• Chartered member of the RICS is preferred.
• Experience with pre and post contract Quantity Surveying duties.
• Experience with JCT and NEC contracts.
• Understanding of measurement methods (NRM).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client teams and lead relationships with delivery personnel and internal teams.
• Cost management: validate and manage contractor and supplier costs and payments.
