Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Strong background in a commercial role within construction or engineering.
• Solid working knowledge of NEC3 and/or NEC4 contracts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence and build long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring successful commercial outcomes across major projects.
• Managing commercial activities from contract award through to final account.
• Administering and negotiating variations and contract changes.
• Working collaboratively within an experienced commercial team.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Liaising with internal departments to support profitable project delivery.
