Randstad CPE is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a long-term megaproject in Cumbria. You will join a Tier-1 Main Contractor on a landmark nuclear infrastructure framework, leading on commercial delivery, contract administration, cost/value reporting, and subcontractor management within an integrated delivery team.

Requirements include a BSc in Quantity Surveying, CSCS, NEC experience on major projects, defined cost audits, and familiarity with CEMAR or COINS.

Qualifications

• BSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).
• Strong NEC contract experience on major projects/frameworks.
• Experience with cost audits and cost-reimbursable contracts.
• Experience with contract management systems (CEMAR/COINS).
• BPSS/DBS clearance and site access checks ability.

Responsabilités

• Lead on commercial delivery and contract administration.
• Cost/value reporting and subcontractor management within an integrated team.
