Job summary

Bridges - Trusted Intelligent Engineering Partner is seeking a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to provide commercial support to Delivery Teams across NEC4 contracts. The role is based at one of our regional offices in Portsmouth or Maidstone with a hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 days at home).

• Experience in QS environment with NEC4 contracts.
• Confident in reading and understanding project scope documents & drawings.
• Competency in MS Excel to advanced level.

• Ensure accurate and on-time reporting to meet monthly deadlines.
• Manage invoicing for your project portfolio and monitor change control processes.
