Zusammenfassung

Bridges, a trusted intelligent engineering partner, seeks a Quantity Surveyor to provide commercial support across delivery teams. Based at our HQ in Midsomer Norton with options for multiple regional offices, we offer a hybrid model and travel to client sites as required.

You will review contracts, manage reporting cycles, invoicing and change control, while supporting procurement and ensuring governance and value for money across NEC4 projects.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a QS environment with NEC4 contracts.
• Ability to read and understand project scope documents & drawings.
• Proficient MS Excel to advanced level.
• Full UK driving licence and own transport.

Aufgaben

• Review, negotiate and finalise awarded contracts for a commercially advantageous position.
• Compile accurate monthly reporting within deadlines.
• Oversee project invoicing and reflect progress and entitlements; manage change control.
• Monitor expenditure and budgets to ensure value for money for client and business.
• Set up client contracts and subcontract agreements; support procurement and awards.
