Job summary

Bridges is looking for a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team in the UK. Based at our HQ in Midsomer Norton, with regional offices in Swansea, Reading and Falmer, we offer a hybrid model: 3 days in the office, 2 days at home, with flexible working.

You will review, negotiate and finalise NEC4 contracts; manage invoicing and monthly reporting; oversee change control, budgets and cost forecasts; and support procurement and final accounts through collaboration

Qualifications

Experience in QS environment with NEC4 contracts.
Able to read and interpret project scope documents and drawings.
Full UK driving license and own transport.
Advanced MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Review, negotiate, and finalise awarded contracts to secure a commercially advantageous position.
Compile accurate and timely monthly reporting.
Manage invoicing, variations, and cost forecasting with Delivery Teams.
Lead final accounts discussions with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
Support procurement, tender evaluations, and awards.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and governance.
