Job summary

Advance TRS, recruiting on behalf of a leading infrastructure contractor, is delivering an NEC Option A framework across the South of England. This permanent role is based in Wiltshire with travel across the wider region.

You’ll manage commercial delivery on live NEC Option A contracts, run CVRs, and work closely with subcontractors on-site. The business offers autonomy and a path toward chartership as it shapes its processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in a main contractor environment
• Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts
• Comfort at the coal face managing subcontractors directly, not purely consultancy-side
• Desire to work towards or continue chartership (supported by the business)

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial delivery across live NEC Option A contracts
• Run cost value reconciliations (CVRs) and manage compensation events/change under NEC
• Work closely with subcontractors on-site
• Support a business still building out its processes, with input into how things are done
