Job summary

Advance Training & Recruitment Services is recruiting on behalf of a leading infrastructure contractor for a Senior Commercial role in Dorset with regional travel. You’ll oversee day-to-day commercial management of NEC Option A contracts, including CVRs, changes, and subcontractor liaison.

The role is hands-on, site-facing, with a clear path towards chartership. The company offers autonomy and an inclusive culture, with travel/hotel costs covered when needed.

Qualifications

• Solid QS experience with main contractor exposure.
• NEC literacy, with confidence around CVRs and compensation events.
• A hands‑on approach – used to managing supply chain directly rather than from a purely consultancy background.
• A desire to progress towards chartership.

Responsibilities

• You’ll handle day-to-day commercial management of NEC Option A contracts.
• You’ll manage CVRs, change, and subcontractor liaison.
• You’ll work site-facing as part of a hands-on commercial team.
