Job summary

Advance TRS is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for an infrastructure framework across the South of England, based in Dorset with travel across the wider region. You will join the commercial team, handling NEC Option A contracts from feasibility to construction, with lodging/hotel costs covered when commuting is impractical.

The role requires solid QS experience with main contractor exposure, NEC literacy, and a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• Solid QS experience with main contractor exposure.
• NEC literacy, with confidence around CVRs and compensation events.
• Hands-on approach — used to managing supply chain directly.
• Desire to progress towards chartership.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day commercial management of NEC Option A contracts.
• Manage CVRs, change orders, and subcontractor liaison.
• Work site-facing as part of a hands-on commercial team.
