Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to drive cost reporting, forecasting and cashflow on mission-critical data centre projects in the South East UK. You will oversee change control, procurement, CSA/MEP packages, and contract administration (JCT/NEC) while maintaining strong stakeholder relations with clients, PMs, design teams and site personnel.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cost reporting, CVR, forecasting and cashflow discipline.
• Expertise in change control and variation valuation.
• Strong procurement and package management skills, particularly in CSA and MEP.
• Proficiency in contract administration, including JCT and NEC.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cost reporting, CVR, forecasting and cashflow management.
• Oversee change control and variation valuation in high-tempo environments.
• Manage procurement and package administration with a focus on CSA and MEP.
• Administer contracts (JCT, NEC) and negotiate with subcontractors.
• Ensure final account close-out and strong stakeholder management across clients, PMs, design and site teams.
