Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Quantity Surveying experience.
• Strong background in construction and civils/groundworks.
• Experience with JCT and NEC forms of contract.
• Experience in commercial and financial management.
• Proven CVRs, cost reporting and forecasting.
• Extensive experience in procurement and subcontract management.
• Strong track record managing final accounts.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• MRICS desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
