Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Leeds to manage NEC3/4 contracts across multiple projects within the infrastructure sector. You will lead client meetings, produce CVRs, and drive commercial performance across a portfolio of long-term framework agreements and standalone schemes.

The role requires a strong background in civil engineering or utilities projects, with a degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.

Competenze

• Strong NEC3/4 knowledge and experience with contract forms.
• Experience in civil engineering, infrastructure or utilities projects.

Mansioni

• Manage NEC3/4 and bespoke contracts across multiple projects.
• Lead quotation submissions and ensure contract orders are in place.
• Oversee valuations, applications, variations and final accounts.
• Manage supply chain contracts and subcontractor accounts.
• Produce and maintain CVRs and cash flow forecasts.
• Establish monthly project reviews and senior review processes.
• Attend client progress meetings and manage dispute resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement across commercial practices.
