Job summary

BMSL Group Ltd in Bridgend is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our civil engineering and energy infrastructure team. You will lead commercial management on a high-profile energy project, administer NEC Option A and B contracts, and drive cost reporting and budgeting.

You should have extensive civil infrastructure experience, NEC contract expertise and subcontract governance. We offer £70,000-£85,000, car allowance, annual bonus, private healthcare, enhanced pension and clear career

Qualifications

Experience delivering civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of NEC Option A and/or B.
Experience managing subcontract packages and project performance.

Responsibilities

Commercial management of a major energy and civil engineering project.
Administer NEC contracts (Option A/B) and manage cost reporting.
Forecasting, budgeting, payments and final accounts.
Identify commercial risks and opportunities and provide support to delivery teams.
Build relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
