Pertemps Tm is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor in South Devon for a major civil engineering project on a long-term contract. Immediate start available with a competitive PAYE day rate depending on experience.

The role focuses on commercial management, NEC contract administration and robust cost control, with close collaboration across operations and commercial teams to maximise project performance.

Qualifications

• Proven Senior Quantity Surveyor experience in civil engineering/infrastructure.
• Strong NEC contracts knowledge.
• Experience delivering major infrastructure or highways projects.
• Excellent reporting, forecasting and cost management skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management.
