Time Recruitment Solutions Limited is assisting a growing contractor in Manchester to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor. You will oversee the commercial management of several projects in the North West, from pre-construction through to final accounts, handling budgets, procurement and client relations.

The role offers exposure to projects up to £15 million with clear progression. Salary up to £68,000, plus car allowance and an annual bonus; start date before Christmas or January 2027 at the

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
• Proven track record delivering construction projects from pre-construction through to completion
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Full UK Driving Licence

Responsibilities

• Managing the commercial performance of construction projects from inception to completion
• Cost planning, procurement and subcontractor management
• Preparing and negotiating subcontract packages
• Valuations, variations and final accounts
• Monitoring project budgets and financial reporting
• Supporting pre-construction and tender activities
• Working closely with operational teams to maximise project profitability
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
