Qualifications

• Experience planning, organising and prioritising workload with high accuracy.
• Soft skills including empathy, understanding and listening.
• Knowledge of social housing contracts including responsive repairs, voids, cyclical works and planned works.

Responsibilities

• Subcontract procurement and order placement; obtain quotations and compare bids.
• Produce monthly Cost Value Reports and manage cost projections.
• Forecast final accounts and administer final accounting processes.
• Attend budget meetings with site team and manage change orders.
