• Experience in main contract and sub-contract administration.
• Measurement and valuation from drawings and site works.
• Ability to prepare interim applications and final accounts.

Responsibilities

• Administer and advise on contract conditions.
• Handle sub-contract payments, variations and final accounts.
• Support main contract valuation and monthly cost reporting.
