You’ll lead the commercial and QS teams on a major infrastructure workstream, driving governance of cost, change and performance while building strong supplier and stakeholder relationships.

Educated to degree level in Construction Management or QS, you’ll bring MRICS qualification (or be working towards it) and a track record of delivering month-end

Formación

• Experience delivering and leading month end processes including payments and accruals.
• Degree-level qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• MRICS qualification (or working towards) and ongoing professional development.
• Experience in major infrastructure projects with complex matrix teams.
• Ability to align culture towards high performance and manage stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Managing the commercial and QS team across a major infrastructure workstream and govern cost, change and performance.
• Prepare commercial reports and proactively manage commercial risks with senior leads.
• Act as senior commercial interface with suppliers, project managers and stakeholders.
• Own supplier forecasts and the overall position, including liabilities and accruals.
