Qualifications

• Significant professional experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience delivering pre- and post-contract commercial management services.
• Strong working knowledge of construction contracts, particularly NEC forms.

• Deliver end-to-end commercial and quantity surveying services.
• Prepare, review, and manage cost plans and budgets.
• Provide robust cost reporting and financial control.
