Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work across multiple civil engineering and infrastructure projects in the M25 corridor and central London.

The role offers a freelance, full-time position with strong commercial influence and opportunities to affect project performance. The successful candidate will manage commercial matters, negotiate with supply chains, and support forecasting and final accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience as Quantity Surveyor on civil/infrastructure projects.
• Strong ability to challenge costs and negotiate.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts and CVRs.
• Experience with forecasting, procurement and final accounts.
• CSCS card and professional membership advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify value and manage risk on projects.
• Negotiate with supply chain and control costs.
• Improve forecasting accuracy and margin protection.
• Maintain financial performance with project teams.
