Job summary

EC Property Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead cost delivery on London's residential developments. Hybrid role based in City of London with a salary range of £60,000-£80,000 plus benefits.

You'll manage cost planning, procurement, valuations, and financial reporting across high-profile build-to-rent and high-end schemes, working with a growing consultancy and a collaborative client-focused team.

Qualifications

• Proven consultancy-side Quantity Surveying experience.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and client-facing skills.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (RICS-accredited preferred).
• MRICS chartership highly desirable (If not chartered must have solid consultancy side experience)

Responsibilities

• Lead cost planning, estimating, procurement, and contract administration for large residential schemes.
• Deliver valuations, variations, and monthly financial reports.
• Manage commercial performance and maintain close communication with clients and project teams.
• Identify risks early and resolve issues proactively.
• Contribute to internal improvement, benchmarking, and proposal work.
