Senior Quantity Surveyor required for a major North West London project. You will oversee procurement, cost reporting and commercial control on a £400m development, managing subcontractor packages and variations with NEC contracts.

The role offers stability through to 2032, with one day per week hybrid working and a strong, established commercial team. Join a high-profile scheme and drive cost effectiveness and delivery.

Formación

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related qualification.
• Proven experience as Senior Quantity Surveyor on major construction projects.
• Strong subcontractor procurement experience, tendering, negotiation and package placement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead subcontractor procurement, including tender enquiries, bid analysis, negotiations and placing subcontract orders.
• Manage subcontractor packages from procurement through to final account.
• Administer variations, change control and contractual entitlements.
• Prepare and manage CVRs, cost reporting and commercial forecasts.
• Monitor project costs, identify commercial risks and implement cost-control measures.
• Work with NEC contracts, ensuring procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with commercial and project teams to deliver the scheme.
