EC Property Recruitment Ltd in London is seeking a senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management for complex commercial and residential schemes, covering early cost advice through to final accounts.

You will work on hybrid basis with offices and on-site delivery, providing proactive cost control, reporting, and mentoring to junior staff while building long-term relationships with corporate clients and developers.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering M&E cost management within a consultancy.
• Detailed knowledge of mechanical and electrical building systems.
• Experience on large commercial or residential schemes.

Responsabilités

• Lead M&E cost planning, estimating and procurement across projects.
• Deliver pre- and post-contract M&E commercial services.
• Manage valuations, variations, payments and final accounts.
• Mentor junior M&E commercial staff.
