EC Property Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead cost delivery on London's residential developments. Hybrid role based in City of London with a salary range of £60,000-£80,000 plus benefits.

You'll manage cost planning, procurement, valuations, and financial reporting across high-profile build-to-rent and high-end schemes, working with a growing consultancy and a collaborative client-focused team.

Qualifications

• Proven consultancy-side Quantity Surveying experience.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and client-facing skills.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (RICS-accredited preferred).
• MRICS chartership highly desirable (If not chartered must have solid consultancy side experience)

Location: City of London (Hybrid)

Lead the cost delivery on some of London's most ambitious residential developments. This is a chance to join a growing consultancy team with a strong pipeline of high-profile build-to-rent, student, high-rise new build, and high-end residential schemes across the capital.

The Opportunity

You'll take charge of major projects from feasibility to final account- managing cost planning, procurement, and commercial performance for landmark developments. It's a role for a confident Senior Quantity Surveyor who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment where quality, collaboration, and client trust are key.

You'll be joining a team that's expanding rapidly and investing in both people and systems. This is an excellent platform for an experienced QS who wants visibility, autonomy, and progression within a respected London cost consultancy.
