Tradeline Recruitment in Luton is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a main contractor role with hybrid working. The salary is £70,000-£80,000, and projects are valued up to £15m. This Permanent position offers significant commercial ownership and a chance to influence project profitability.

You will lead the commercial lifecycle, manage subcontract procurement, prepare CVRs, cost reports and forecasts, and ensure cost control throughout the project.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Senior/Quantity Surveyor in main contracting.
• Ability to take commercial ownership of projects.
• Strong CVR and cost-control skills.
• Knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts.
• Experience with variations, valuations and final accounts.
• Relevant degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the commercial lifecycle of projects from procurement through to final accounts.
• Lead subcontract procurement, tendering, package negotiations and subcontract accounts.
• Produce monthly CVRs, cost reports, forecasts and financial updates.
• Manage variations, change control, commercial risks and opportunities.
• Prepare client applications for payment and monitor cash flow.
• Administer JCT and/or NEC contracts.
• Negotiate with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Maintain commercial control and protect project margins.
