Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead infrastructure projects across highways, rail, utilities and energy sectors. You will oversee contract administration, cost planning and procurement, working with multidisciplinary teams in a flexible, hybrid environment.

The role emphasizes mentoring, client relationship development and proactive problem solving to deliver value for our clients in a complex project portfolio.

Qualifications

• Degree in quantity surveying or equivalent qualification is required.
• Experience administering NEC contracts on infrastructure projects is essential.
• Knowledge of measurement methods for highways/CESMM and ITT documents is expected.
• Ability to lead project teams and manage stakeholders with minimal supervision.
• Proven mentoring and client-relations development experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to large infrastructure projects with minimal supervision.
• Administer NEC contracts and compile ITT documentation.
• Provide technical leadership and project/contract management.
• Mentor and coach junior staff and build client relationships.
