Qualifications

• Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in engineering, construction, or utilities.
• Strong knowledge of UK contract forms and commercial procedures.
• Experience managing costs, variations, and claims across multiple projects.
• Excellent financial, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer contracts in line with company procedures and standards.
• Support tendering, budgets, and contract documentation.
• Negotiate variations, compensation events, and change orders.
• Advise project teams on contractual obligations, risks, and potential claims.
• Monitor budgets, expenditure, and forecasts across projects.
• Manage subcontractor contracts, payments, and variations.
• Produce cost reports and commercial summaries for senior management.
• Assist in final account preparation and submission.
