Job summary

WT (UK & Europe) is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Manchester team. The role focuses on the commercial sector with occasional site visits and client locations. You will handle cost planning, pre-contract docs, and final accounts, with opportunities to develop business and mentor juniors.

The successful candidate will have MRICS status or working towards it, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a hardworking yet collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• MRICS qualified or working towards chartership.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a client-facing role delivering pre- and post-contract cost management advice.
• Provide cost estimates, tender documentation and contract administration across varied projects.
