Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering quantity surveying and cost management services.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with cost reporting, cost planning and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Leading cost planning, estimating, procurement and contract administration.
• Preparing valuations, variations and monthly financial reports.
• Monitoring project costs, risks and opportunities across portfolios.
• Providing contractual advice and supporting dispute resolution.
• Maintaining project documentation and financial reporting.
