Aldwych Consulting Ltd is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its Cost Management team in the West Midlands. You will manage pre and post-contract QS services across education, commercial, industrial, retail and aviation sectors for schemes UK-wide, delivering value through accurate cost planning and robust procurement.

Formación

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Experience delivering pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying services.
• Knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts.
• Understanding of NRM and construction cost management.
• Experience on education, commercial, industrial, retail or aviation sector projects.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a full range of pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying services.
• Manage feasibility, cost planning and final accounts.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets and financial reports.
• Oversee procurement, tender evaluations and contractor appointments.
• Administer JCT and NEC contracts and manage variations and payments.
• Mentor junior team members and support team development.
