Aldwych Consulting Ltd is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager to join its Nottingham team. The role combines commercial management with project leadership on a varied portfolio across private and public sector projects, with a strong healthcare focus.

You'll manage costs from feasibility to finish, prepare cost plans, advise on procurement routes, monitor expenditure and lead client relationships.

Formación

• 5+ years' post-qualification experience.
• MRICS or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Experience with JCT contracts.
• Proven track record delivering QS and PM services.
• Experience managing projects from feasibility to completion.

Responsabilidades

• Managing project costs and budgets from feasibility through to completion.
• Preparing cost plans, estimates, tender documentation and contract information.
• Advising clients on procurement routes, contract strategy and commercial risks.
• Monitoring expenditure, forecasting costs and providing regular financial reporting.
• Managing variations, valuations, payments and contractual matters.
• Carrying out site inspections and monitoring progress against programme and budget.
• Leading projects from initial planning through to handover and completion.
• Developing project execution strategies, programmes and delivery plans.
• Coordinating consultants, contractors and wider project teams.
• Chairing meetings and providing updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Identifying and resolving project risks, issues and commercial challenges.
