Qualifications

• Experienced Quantity Surveyor ready for senior level.
• consultancy or client-side experience.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts and public sector projects is advantageous.
• Commercially astute and confident dealing with clients.
• MRICS preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cost management services across a long-term public sector framework.
• Manage projects from feasibility through procurement, delivery and final account.
• Provide commercial advice and maintain strong client relationships.
• Work collaboratively with a friendly, experienced team.
• Support junior colleagues and contribute to the wider consultancy.
